A minimum of ten delegates applies to all packages. Below ten, a surcharge of GHS 7,000 applies to the booking. Full use of the grounds and the complimentary activities is included either way.
Beyond the agenda
Team building, run by our own people
Half-day and evening programmes using the grounds you have already paid for. Each scales from twelve people to two hundred.
Beach Games
Two hours
Tug-of-war, relays and volleyball on the sand, closing with a sundowner.
Padel Tournament
Into the evening
Round-robin on the floodlit court. Coach and rackets provided.
Kitchen Challenge
Two and a half hours
Teams cook a Ghanaian classic against the clock, with our chefs judging.
Estate Treasure Hunt
Ninety minutes
Bicycles, clues and the whole property. Petting zoo, pools and shoreline included.
The small print
- 01A minimum of ten delegates applies to all packages. Below ten, a surcharge of GHS 7,000 applies.
- 02A deposit of 50% confirms the booking. The balance is settled on arrival, before check-in.
- 03Cancellation fourteen days or more before the event: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- 04Cancellation less than fourteen days before the event: the deposit is not refunded.
- 05An additional fee applies to executive room upgrades.
- 06All rates are in Ghana Cedis and include government taxes and levies.
- 07Check-in from 14:00, check-out at 12:00. Early hall access for set-up can be arranged.
